The Upper Platte is in desperate need of being paddled.  She is very lonely after her winter hibernation.  She is a mild twisty stream. Bring a light first lunch and those who are interested can have an optional second lunch at the Platte River Inn after the paddle Put in at Veteran's park.  Put in will be Veterans Park, across from the Fish Hatchery on US 31, to Deadstream Rd, west of Honor

Guests and adventurous novices are strongly encouraged to join us. 
 
This is another intensely competitive event. The person who has the most fun wins.
