This will be an early Fall paddle with trees beginning to turn colors and temperatures cooling. We will stop at Shumsky Rd. for lunch. The paddle is a short drive from town. We should be done by mid-afternoon. We will meet at Brown Bridge Landing and shuttle cars to Beitner Rd. If there is interest, we can go to Peegeo's after the paddle.

Bring your boat, paddle, PDF, bow/stern line(s), and a dry bag with a change of clothes. Don't forget to bring your water bottle and eats for breaks and lunch.

Directions:
From M-37 and Beitner Rd. (south of town) head east on Beitner Rd. turn right onto River Rd. Drive east (10 miles). Drive past Garfield and Arbutus Hill Roads. About 1/4 miles down, turn left into the TC Light & Power parking lot. From town, head south on Garfield Rd. (again about 10 miles) turn left onto River Rd.drive about 1/4 mile to the TC Light & Power parking lot on the left.

In the event of cold, nasty weather the trip may be cancelled. But it might not be. If you are not sure, please check with the paddle coordinator before leaving.
