A quick paddle around Arbutus Lake to unwind after a busy day. Should be very calm. Cancel if poor weather. Call 499-3810 if in doubt 1 hour before the paddle.
Directions:
From TC, drive south on Garfield Road past Hammond, and turn left (east) onto Potter Road. Follow Potter to 4 Mile Road. Turn right (south) on 4 Mile and drive .5 mile to N. Arbutus Lake Road. Turn left (east) on N. Arbutus Lake Road approximately 2 miles. Follow the DNR boat launch signs to the Arbutus Lake DNR access site (100 yards past the campground entrance). If you reach East Arbutus Lake Road, you have gone .3 miles too far.
