June 29 Pizza and Paddle

We met at Mancino's just north of Chums corners for dinner - Yum.  The food and conversation was excellent.

Welcome to new members John Bull and Onika Witzke.  The rest of the crew - Sara, Bob F., Tracie and her son, Tighearnan, Karen, Steve,  Dean & Diane, Jocelyn, and surprise last minute arrival,  Mike Terrell.

We paddled a variety of craft: 6 kayaks, 3 solo canoes and 1 tandem canoe.

It was a perfect evening for a paddle.  The weather was warm and there was a light breeze keeping bugs away. The paddle lasted about an hour mostly into the sunset, and all enjoyed the company and the sun.  Maybe we really will get a summer this year!
