August 3, 2015 - Golden Cedar River Recon
I went down to Gladwin to check out the Golden Cedar River in Gladwin in
preparation for a cleanup that I am leading for Jay's Sporting Goods of Clare.
It is a pretty little river and should be a lot of fun to paddle with these really
nice sponsors of the BRCS.
Here are the photos and GPS coordinates of the important points of interest .
Put-in is at a private residence.

Take-out - right downtown at the Riverwalk Parking Lot
It's an easy 3.6 mile shuttle on all paved roads.
I hope a few of you sign up to try this river with us.
It's about the same distance as going to the Sturgeon.
