May 9 - Boardman: Forks to BBL

Jocelyn, Tom, John & Lois took advantage of the warmest day of the year to paddle from the Forks to Brown Bridge Landing.  No major obstacles, though we did have a few dicey spots where precise maneuvering was necessary - and none of us had any difficulty.  It was a sparkling day, with the first marsh marigolds showing up.  We had assistance from some kids at the end who helped us haul the boats and gear up the steps.  A great dinner at Red Lobster afterwards!  Spring has sprung.
