June 10- Upper Lakes Challenge #2

We had 9 members show: myself, 5 of whom I have paddled with before Glenn, Jackie, Tracie, Henry and Marlene and 3 new faces to me  - Jeff Johnson, Suzan Krey and Dan DeVita.  It was great meeting new faces that proved to be very capable paddlers. The slight overcast and breeze made an otherwise hot day pleasant. We saw many swans, geese and turtles on our journey. All in all a great day with great friends old and new ending up with a great meal at Classic Pizza in Central Lake. Lastly many thanks to Marv Puska for providing shuttle service for us.
