August 22 Sturgeon River
Published on 8/22/2019
Lesson learned: don't get too far ahead of the group.
People: John & Lois - the fearless leaders, Ron - the lumberjack, Kathleen - the peel-out queen, Jocelyn - the Ansel Adams clone, Tracie - the driver, Jackie - the announcer & shoe trader, Glenn - the savior & sweep.
It was a perfect late summer day. The late summer wildflowers were in bloom, the humidity was down, the bugs were gone, and we had a group of great friends on a beautiful river.
