One tandem canoe (J&L), two solo canoes (Bob & Jocelyn) and a bunch of kayaks
Anything noteworthy?
We used a shuttle service from Penrod's (only $2.25 each). Tom wore waders to help us all get into our boats at the put-in. Fred demonstrated a unique entry after our lunch stop at Canoe Harbor. Nobody dumped. L&J taught Brad how to ferry and do eddy turns (with help from Marlene). We met a ton of people fishing since there was a major black caddis hatch going on. We called Norm afterwards and told him to eat his heart out down in Florida, where it was hot and raining. Brad wore John's NEOS boots. Before launching, Jocelyn tried loading Bob's canoe with her gear. We had a wonderful ice cream and malt stop afterwards at Dawson and Stevens in Grayling.
