This trip is for experienced paddlers only. PFD’s must be worn. Dry bag with change of warm clothes is mandatory.
I couldn’t find out any info on whether or not the river was clear of downed trees.....so we will be reporting our findings back to both Riverside & Benzie Conservation District.
Bring a boat that is easy to turn in swift current. Portages are likely. A saw & throwbag/safety gear is desirable along with a brave, courageous soul & helpful attitude.
Odds are we will go out to eat & tell lies about our adventures afterwards.
