Dress is casual.
The club has rented the party room, and we will provide meat, cheese & veggie trays, plus paper products & utensils. Everyone is invited to bring an appetizer or finger food to share, plus your choice of regular or adult beverage.
This year’s program will be “Open Mike” style. All attendees are encouraged to tell a story, recite a poem, present an award of their choosing, sing, play instruments, or perform skits. The telling of exaggerations, half-truths & fibs about this season’s paddling adventures will be tolerated in good humor.
Photographers may bring photos taken this season on a thumb drive to be shown during the party.
There will also be a gear swap / donation table so bring in what you don’t need, & be sure to check out the items you can use. Mark your items & work out your own deals.
We are hoping this format will allow all members to participate in contributing to the overall fun aspect of our year-end event.
Please be sure to sign up on the website as soon as possible so we can get an estimate of attendees to purchase supplies. The deadline for registering is 11:30 PM on October 8.
