October 8 Manistee: Baxter to Harvey
Lois & John | Published on 10/8/2017
People: Lois, John, Henry, Roseanne, Jocelyn, Tracie, Jackie, Glenn, Ron, Marlene, Tess & Randy
Seldom do you see a day with fall colors this vibrant and temperatures in the low to mid seventies. I will let the photos do the talking since they will be more eloquent than I could ever be.
Photos by John, Jocelyn and Glenn
Some of the trip members pose under a maple

Jackie and her guide dog Bella are enjoying the day.

Jocelyn and her dog Max enjoy the view

Roseanne makes her way down the river

John and Lois in their Old Town Canadienne, which doesn't get much use - but zoomed down the river that day

Around every turn there was a better view

Tess, one of our new members

Someone with a sense of humor turned a stump into a river monster.

The Manistee River is beautiful even without many fall colors.

Which is more colorful, the boats or the trees?
